Inaugural Monterey Installment - Case Studies/College Fair
for Class of '23 Students and Parents/Guardians

Saturday, April 23 | Santa Catalina School

York is pleased to invite you to the inaugural Monterey installment of the Bay Area Case Studies/College Fair, which will be hosted at Santa Catalina School in partnership with York and Stevenson School on Saturday, April 23. This annual event is designed to give Juniors the opportunity to understand the application process from the college admission officer’s perspective. You will meet in small groups that simulate an admissions committee, working with current admission professionals to review mock admission files, learning what factors truly matter to colleges as they review candidates. After the application review exercise, students will have the opportunity to meet with college admission representatives from around the country at the college fair. This event will help to demystify a process that often seems shrouded in secrecy, and we hope every junior and the parent/guardian of their choice will make it a priority to attend. Each year, families in the Bay Area report that this program was one of the most informative events they encountered during the admission process. To learn more, click here.
